Order Processing & Fulfillment

All orders are processed within up to 3 business days. Once your order is processed and fulfilled, it will be prepared for shipment. Please note that processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, holidays, or promotional events.  If we anticipate any delays, we will notify you by email.

Shipping & Delivery

After the fulfillment period (up to 3 business days), your order will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery times vary based on your location and the carrier's schedule. Estimated delivery windows shown at checkout begin after the fulfillment period.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim or locating a package.
