What materials are your jewelry pieces made from?

Will the jewelry tarnish?
With proper care, your jewelry will stay beautiful for a long time. Some metals-like sterling silver or plated jewelry-can naturally tarnish over time. We recommend storing your pieces in a dry place and avoiding contact with lotions, perfumes, and water.
Why does my item look smaller in person than in the photos?
Jewelry photos are sometimes taken close-up to show detail, which can make items appear larger than they are. Please refer to the listed dimensions, measurements, and size information on each product description before purchasing.
Are your items hypoallergenic?
Many of our pieces are made from hypoallergenic materials, such as stainless steel or nickel-free metals. Check the product description for specific information.
Do you offer custom or personalized jewelry?

Where do you ship?
We currently ship domestically in the United States only. Shipping options will appear at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Processing typically takes 3 days, and shipping usually takes 2-5 days, depending on your location and the shipping option you choose. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?

What if my item arrives damaged or open?
If your item arrives damaged or open, package should be refused, if signature is required. If package is delivered, please contact us at info@brushjewelers.com with your issue or concern.
